International shipping is not available at this time. We cannot ship to the APO/FPO, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to
correct an incorrect shipping address. Please get in touch with us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. ITEM NOT RECEIVED
If your order was successfully placed, but you haven’t gotten it yet, even though the tracking information indicates delivery. As soon as the item is bagged (after it is with the carrier), we no longer have control over it. But, if the problems remain, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to assist and address the issue as soon as possible.

4. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
helfershop.com allows you to return your item(s) within a period of 30 days. Kindly be advised that the item(s) should be returned unopened and unused.

5. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEM PROCESS
helfershop.com has the following options in the event there are items that are out of stock. Helfershop.com Cancel and refund out-of-stock items and ship the remaining items in the order.

Helfer disclaims responsibility for any goods lost or damaged during shipping.
