- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return. If you are unsure about an item’s eligibility for return, please use the Return Center Form, contact us at [email protected] or 814 300 8714.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please use the Return Center or email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the item and verify its eligibility for return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Order Processing and Cancellation: We process orders within 2 business days of receiving them. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 2 days of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and you may be responsible for the cost of shipping and return.
